This seventh album features songs about steamboats, the men who worked on the river, and the passengers. There are songs in tribute to various steamboats, the officers and crew, the work being done aboard these boats and on the levees, and the pleasures of riding these boats. There are also songs of near disaster and great victory.
Songs are accompanied with my 5-string S. S. Stewart vintage banjo, washtub bass, accordian, keyboard and guitar. Where there is a chorus or refrain, I or my friends have provided harmony.
